Now, when I say Londoners have faith, I mean it's no accident that Star Wars was shot in the area. For Londoners truly believe in The Force. In Luke Skywalker fashion, the London landwalker never looks at his immediate environment. Phones, maps, friends, even the sky - a Londoner will do anything to keep from being distracted by the things or people with whom he shares the pavement.

Through the Bus Window

Though Londoners are thought to be generally irreligious, they demonstrate great faith in a multitude of ways. For instance, despite an absence of haste in other circumstances, the Londoner rounds corners and comes through doors with a speed and assurance that can only come from religious certitude. With a true, Christian sense that he or she will be taken care of, the Londoner strides as if no one could possibly be coming from the other side.
